Renters - The Application portal designed to help Indiana renters affected by COVID-19 cover monthly rent payments or past due rent

Homeless - Hoosiers that are homeless, in a housing crisis, or in need of immediate assistance should call 2-1-1 and ask to connect with a navigator.
Homeowners' Mortgage - Homeowners in need of assistance paying their mortgage payment should visit: www.877gethope.org.
Homeowners' Utilities - Homeowners in need of assistance paying the cost of electricity and heating for your home should go here.
*To be eligible for rental assistance payments, RENTERS must meet the following criteria:

State’s Rental Assistance Portal to go live July 13th, 2020.
Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb announced on June 24, 2020 the Indiana COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program. This program is designed to help Indiana renters whose income has been adversely affected by COVID-19 avoid eviction by providing up to $2,000 in assistance to help cover monthly rent payments or late fees.
